  34. The SoftLinks application allows you to create files which are links to
  35. other files.  The link file behaves exactly like the original (base) file
  36. except that it takes very little disc space.  Deleting the link does not
  37. delete the base file.  SoftLinks can create links with different access
  38. levels: read-only, read-write, and read-write-overwrite.
